Badminton Asia Regional Badminton Championships Finals held in Dubai from 24th to 30th December 2022. Three players from Srilanka was selected by Badminton Asia on the performances at the last South Asia Regional Championship held in Guwahati India. Pulina Wellalage, Shenuk Samararatne and Varangana Jayawardena were selected. Pulina won the Singles and Doubles partnering Shenuk. Varangana won the women’s singles. Chandrika accompanied the team as Manager/Lady Chaperone. The team will return back on 31st December.
